We here at Future Music Stars look forward to working with you or your student. It is our mission to help you achieve your musical aspirations in an encouraging and friendly learning environment. As we are dedicated to providing the best service, your instructor will be prompt, enthusiastic, and prepared. In return, we hope that you too will always come to your lesson excited and ready to learn. Please review the following policies:
Tuition is paid monthly and is due by the 1st lesson of the month for that month's lessons. All tuition must be paid in full prior to any lessons to reserve your time on the schedule. Monthly tuition is based on 4 weeks per month, and you will not be charged extra for months when there are 5 lessons, nor will you receive credit if there are only 3 for reasons such as holidays or vacations.
If you or your student must miss a lesson, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice in advance and makeups or lesson credits will be provided. In the event of late cancellation, makeups will be provided if time permits. Please provide notice by phone call or text messaging only.
Student/Parent is responsible for purchasing any necessary lesson books and materials; supplemental material may be provided by instructor. Additional event fees may be required for recitals or other performance events.
Should student opt to discontinue lessons, 30 day notice is requested. Pre-paid tuition is non-refundable.
